This training session will examine means of adapting the delivery of the curriculum for those between the ages of 16 and 19 years with severe learning difficulties (SLD), in preparation for the transition to a range of Post 19 provisions. Learning Outcomes By the end of the training session, the participants will
• Have an understanding of the curriculum
• Recognise the adaptations that must be made to support those with ASD
• Be aware of the variety of Post 19 Provision
• Understand the role of those involved in transition planning
