September is a busy month for children and young people.
Days are quickly filled with school, homework and other activities. It can be difficult to find time for self-care, and yet it is all the more important when days are busy and overwhelming. This resource will encourage children and young people to think about how they can look after their bodies and minds. They can reflect on what works for them, but some ideas may include listening to music, having a bath, time for their favourite interest or eating healthy food.
