Dealing with loss can be life changing and may be particularly difficult for an autistic child or young person. A memory book can be a great way to help us process the sadness we feel when a loved one passes.

It can be especially beneficial for children and young people with autism as it provides the opportunity to make memories more concrete.

The attached resource offers an example of how you may begin an individualised memory book and the video uploaded earlier identifies other possible sections.
