This excellent calm kit was designed by a teenage friend of the Centre.
He identified what items support his sensory and emotional regulation, so the kit is completely individualised for him. It is important to remember that what is calming for one person may not be calming for another, so it is vital that the child or young person selects what it included in their kit. This young man chose to keep his items in a small bag so that he can take it everywhere with him.
