As promised, the Centre’s social media pages will be focusing on Interoception throughout October.
This animation is a useful introduction to the topic, especially if the term Interoception is new to you. Fortunately, since this clip was made in 2017, interoception is no longer a new topic, and the talk about interoception and autism has accelerated. This has led to enhanced understanding of its role and the development of resources to support interoceptive awareness. Keep watching the Centre’s pages to find out more this month.
