The Chair of the centre’s Board, Rosemary Steen, thanked Gary for his very significant contribution over many years, adding that his leadership in establishing the centre and dedication to its service users and stakeholders has been outstanding.
"During Gary’s tenure, the centre has developed into an internationally recognised Centre of Excellence, providing highly valued services for children and young people with autism, their parents and educational professionals throughout the island of Ireland,” said Rosemary. “We are well placed for the future."
The Board has begun the recruitment process for a new chief executive.
