Continuing this month’s theme of creating Healthy Routines, today’s resources will help to integrate play and physical activity into a regular routine. 

As with the sensory walk shared on Monday, it is important to add structure and a clear purpose to the activity.  This will then increase motivation to participate.   These resources will be most suited to those who can easily follow written instructions, but you could adapt them by adding supporting pictures if required. 

These will also serve as useful ideas for those needing movement breaks during home learning!
