Visual schedules are an important resource when setting up and maintaining healthy routines for many autistic children and young people.

A clear and consistent schedule promotes wellbeing as it can reduce anxiety by providing predictability and a visual reference.

Today the Centre is sharing a resource from last March, but is still important now, whether children are returning to school or continuing with home learning.

There is additional information on visual schedules in the Centre’s Best Practice resource, available at this link
