This week we will be sharing ideas for meeting sensory needs, both in the school and home settings.
Fleming Fulton School, in collaboration with the Centre, put together a bank of ideas for each sensory system. Today the focus is on proprioception, which is the core system for regulating sensory and emotional responses. If you have a child or a student who loves rough and tumble play, or pushing into walls, or who seeks out tight hugs, these activities will meet those needs.
