Transitions and Supports for Teens

In this session, Jed will watch two 30 minute recorded sessions along with the audience, responding to questions in real time and supplementing his recorded delivery with live comments.

The first recorded session will address employment and educational transitions for teens; the second will explore strategies for supporting stress for teens.

Dr Jed Baker will provide a 30-minute recorded presentation discussing how we can support an autistic teenager or young person to achieve by recognising the predictors of successful adult outcomes. Jed will also discuss strategies to recognise and deal with stress for this group of young people as they embark on impending adulthood. Jed will be with us during this time and will be watching alongside. He will be on hand to answer questions or queries in real time. We can pause the recording so that the questions are answered and then resume until the next question.
