Our thanks to Dylan for sharing his activity log with us.
This activity log creates a platform for children and young people to document activities they are engaging in whilst away from school. The log allows for the creation of positive experiences as well as providing an opportunity for the child or young person to communicate activities they do not enjoy doing or learning. This resource encourages a number of skills including the expression of emotions, reading, writing, and also expressive communication when sharing with others. It is a good way to record these times that will go down in history! The resource can be used electronically or printed.
