As students sit in exams and complete coursework, they can easily become overwhelmed and place pressure on themselves to achieve perfection.
It can be helpful to encourage them to focus on the process rather than the outcome, prompting them to look at what they have learnt and how mistakes are also part of learning. This social narrative will help to clarify that concept and ease some of those pressures.
