This month, the Centre has been focusing on Sensory and Emotional Regulation, across its social media pages.
To support all the resources shared this month, you may find it useful to access the Centre’s 8th Research Bulletin which was on the topic of Emotional Regulation. It includes an interview with Dr Barry Prizant, in which he explains why autistic children and young people can become emotionally dysregulated and make suggestions for both self regulation and mutual regulation.
