This social narrative will help children and young people who have an autistic sibling to understand their differences and provide ideas for quiet interactions.

It may be a useful way to open a conversation with them about their feelings and about what autism means to them. The social narrative can then be linked to the accompanying resources, helping brothers and sisters to reflect on their own and their siblings’ unique differences.
