Most autistic people benefit from some modifications and flexibility within the workplace, and some will require higher levels of support in employment.
When a young person is considering the transition to paid or voluntary work, there are a number of organisations which offer supported employment opportunities. Links to some of these organisations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are listed in this resource.
